I no longer offer traditional massage since my NJ license does not transfer to PA. However, Energy Work, Trigger Point Therapy,  Aromatherapy,  Reflexology and Ear Seeding now compromise a session and offer much of the same relief from aches and pains as does traditional massage.

Did you know your body is reflected in your feet? Reflexology is such a powerful healing modality to use in conjunction with other therapies. I use essential oils in my work to enhance the work. Reflexology is a great alternative to massage if you are uncomfortable with touch or getting undressed. It is a relaxing modality that helps bring balance and stress relief back to the body.
